Officials: Blast At Afghan Hospital Kills At Least 35

Afghan officials say at least 35 people were killed by a suicide car bombing at a health-care facility in eastern Afghanistan.

Most of the victims were said to be women and children waiting in line for medical help when the bomber struck on June 25, in one of the deadliest suicide attacks this year.

Some 50 people were reported wounded.

Officials say a vehicle drove into the wall of Akbarkhail Public Medical Center in the Azra district of Afghanistan's eastern Logar Province and exploded.

The Taliban has denied responsibility for the blast.
