Presidents Speak At Commemoration In Yerevan

Armenia on April 24 marked the 100th anniversary of the World War I-era massacres of Armenians in Ottoman Turkey. Armenian President Serzh Sarkisian, French President Francois Hollande, and Russian President Vladimir Putin each spoke during the main commemoration held at the Armenian Genocide Memorial in the capital, Yerevan. Putin used the event to make political points, mentioning his concerns about "Russophobia." (Reuters)
