Afghan Officials: Attack On Foreign Convoy Kills At Least Two

Afghan officials say at least two civilians were killed when a foreign military convoy carrying German soldiers was attacked in the country's north.

Provincial spokesman Muhbobullah Sayedi said the two were standing near the vehicles at the time of the blast, which took place in just outside Konduz city.

It was not immediately clear what caused the explosion or the number of foreign soldiers killed or injured by the attack.
