EU Extends Sanctions On Belarus Over Its Support For Russia's War In Ukraine

The European Union announced on August 3 the extension of sanctions against Belarus due to its support for Russia's aggression against Ukraine. The EU has already implemented 11 sets of sanctions against Russia since February 24, 2022, some of which also included restrictive measures against Belarus.
