On this week's Power Vertical Briefing we take a closer look at Russia and the West's recent moves toward cooperation in Syria, which culminated in a UN Security Council resolution endorsing an international road map to resolve the conflict.

Also on the Briefing, we examine deepening fissures inside the CSTO over Russia's conflict with Turkey.
