A massive steel cover is slowly sliding into position over the destroyed reactor at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The New Safe Confinement -- described as the largest movable structure on land -- was built to contain Chernobyl's radiation for the next 100 years. (RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service)
