Police And Protestors Clash In Hong Kong

Violent clashes occurred between protestors and police in Hong Kong in the early hours of December 1. Thousands of protestors had gathered around the government headquarters, some of them holding wooden shields and metal barricades. Police used batons to clear the crowds.
