Illegal Immigrants Working At Illegal Clothes Factory Found Near Moscow

Russia's General Directorate for Economic Security has said that 1,200 illegal immigrants from Vietnam were found working in a clandestine garment factory in a town near Moscow.

The factory was operating in the basement of a six-story building, and was guarded constantly by security officers.

The workers were under constant video surveillance.

The sweatshop was producing knock-offs of world-famous brands.

Police confiscated sewing equipment, fabric, and labels of such brands as "Louisvuitton," a misspelled version of the Louis Vuitton brand; "Emporioarmani," a misspelled version of the Emporio Armani brand; "Lacoste"; and "Chanel."
