India, Pakistan Face Off In Cricket Match With Millions Watching

Hundreds of millions of cricket fans will watch as India and Pakistan play each other in the World Twenty20 match in Kolkata on March 19.

The two nuclear-armed rivals have gone to war three times, but they share a passion for cricket and their rare matches have become one of the world's fiercest sporting rivalries with the potential to bring everyday life to a halt in both countries.

Tensions have prevented the two sides from playing each other often. Thousands of security personnel will be deployed outside Kolkata's Eden Gardens stadium to bolster safety.

Few Pakistan fans are expected to attend the game. The venue was switched for safety reasons from Dharamsala to Kolkata only last week, disrupting many fans' travel plans.
