India Puts Pakistani Army Officers On 'Most-Wanted' List

India has directly accused Pakistan's military of being involved in Islamic extremism, naming five Pakistani army officers on its 50 "most-wanted" list.

The list was handed to Pakistan in March, but its contents have only just been released.

It is reportedly composed mostly of wanted fugitives allegedly hiding in Pakistan, including several terrorists behind deadly terrorist attacks in India.

New Delhi has long accused Islamabad of harboring militants it says are supported by Pakistan's military intelligence agency, the ISI.

India and Pakistan have gone to war three times since 1947.
