Police in India have detained three people for questioning over a deadly bombing of the High Court in New Delhi.
A powerful bomb hidden in a briefcase outside the High Court killed at least 11 people on September 7.
The Harkat-ul-Jihad militant group, an Al-Qaeda affiliate with bases in Pakistan and Bangladesh, allegedly claimed responsibility in an e-mail message.
Police told Reuters they had detained the owner of an Internet cafe in the Kishtwar region of Kashmir where they suspect the e-mail originated early on the day of the attack.
