The UN's nuclear watchdog agency and Iran say they have agreed to meet again in Tehran on November 11 following productive talks aimed at easing concerns over Iran's nuclear program.
The announcement was made on October 29 following a two-day meeting in Vienna.
Tero Varjoranta, the deputy director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), described a new Iranian proposal to overcome the dispute as a "constructive contribution to strengthen cooperation and dialogue."
Iran's envoy to the IAEA, Reza Najafi, said the proposal would allow both sides "to open a new chapter of cooperation."
The IAEA is seeking access to Iranian facilities, documents, and officials as part of a probe into alleged nuclear weapons research by Iran. The Iranian government denies any such activity.
This week's discussions came ahead of talks between Iran and world powers next week in Geneva.
