The International Atomic Energy Agency has again failed to reach agreement in talks with Iran on an investigation into suspected nuclear weapons research by Tehran.
IAEA deputy chief Herman Nackaerts made the announcement to reporters in Vienna.
He also said the sides “haven't agreed yet on a date for the next meeting."
Iran's envoy to the IAEA, Ali Asghar Soltanieh, earlier said the two sides had agreed on some points at a meeting between IAEA and Iranian officials in Tehran on February 13. He did not elaborate.
The IAEA was expected to push for inspecting the Parchin military base, where nuclear weapons parts have allegedly been tested.
The talks came ahead of the scheduled February 26 nuclear talks in Kazakhstan between Iran and six world powers.
