A top Iranian negotiator says Tehran is "not willing to pay any price" to reach a permanent deal that ends international sanctions over its nuclear program.
Majid Takht-Ravanchi told Iran's ISNA news agency on August 18 that "if the other side shows goodwill, we can reach an agreement" before a November 24 deadline.
The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Yukiya Amano, says he heard a firm commitment from Iran to cooperate on resolving the nuclear dispute.
Amano on August 18 said Iran has started implementing transparency steps required before August 25, and that he expects more cooperation from Tehran in the coming days.
Amano met Iran's President Hassan Rohani and other Iranian officials in Tehran on August 17.
A new round of talks between Iran and six world powers is expected before September 16.
