A suicide bomber killed at least six people, including two Kurdish security personnel, and wounded 23 in the Iraqi city of Kirkuk June 25, police and medics said. It was the first such attack to hit Kirkuk since Kurdish Peshmerga forces took control of the city two weeks ago after government troops abandoned their posts in the face of a Sunni Islamist rebel march towards Baghdad.
