Suicide Bomber Strikes Near Kabul Ministry

At least four people were killed when a suicide bomber struck near the Defense Ministry in the Afghan capital, Kabul. An Interior Ministry spokeman said at least 11 more people were also wounded in the attack on November 16. (RFE/RL's Radio Free Afghanistan)
