Kazakh President Calls For Russian-Turkish Reconciliation

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbaev used his annual state of the nation address to call for Russia and Turkey to repair their relations after the downing of a Russian military jet. He said he had worked for years to foster the relationship between the two countries. (RFE/RL's Kazakh Service)
