EU Foreign-Policy Chief Meets With Kosovo Leaders

The European Union's foreign-policy chief, Federica Mogherini, visited Kosovo on March 4, the last stop on her tour of the Western Balkans. In Pristina she met with senior leaders, including President Hashim Thaci, parliament speaker Kadri Veseli, Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, and leaders of the main political parties.
