Lithuania Steps Up Defenses

As thousands of NATO troops arrive for military exercises, Lithuania is striving to increase its own defensive capabilities. In the face of a perceived Russian threat -- the country has boosted its defense spending, added thousands of new conscripts, and hopes a NATO battalion will be deployed approved at the alliance summit in July.
