Lithuania's Power Play Challenges Russia's Energy Dominance In Baltics

It used to have some of the most expensive electricity prices in Europe and was reliant on Russia for all of its energy needs. Today, Lithuania is no longer at the mercy of Moscow, thanks to a liquefied natural gas terminal it has developed.
