Britain will expel 23 Russian diplomats as part of a series of measures against Moscow after the poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Britain with what's being called "a military-grade nerve agent." Speaking to parliament on March 14, British Prime Minister Theresa May said that the diplomats will have one week to leave the country. (Reuters)
