Slovyansk Mayor Says Armed Separatists Hand Out Guns To Residents

Nelya Shtepa, the mayor of the eastern Ukrainian city of Slovyansk, says armed pro-Russia separatists have been distributing weapons among local residents. Speaking to journalists on April 15, Shtepa said the majority of Slovyansk residents want to stay in Ukraine. (Reuters)
