Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Serbian Prime Minister Alexander Vucic will meet in Moscow on October 27 to discuss trade and bilateral ties, Russian officials said.
The two countries are discussing joint projects in the energy, transport, manufacturing, and agriculture sectors, the Russian government's website said, and the visit will feature "an all-embracing review of Russian-Serbian relations."
On October 28, Medvedev and Vucic will visit the Open Innovations forum and technology show.
Medvedev's invitation to Vucic to visit Russia was conveyed in April by the Russian ambassador to Serbia, Alexander Chepurin. Vucic's last visit to Russia was in July 2014.
Chepurin told reporters in Belgrade the emphasis of the meeting will be on economic issues.
"The Serbian delegation includes several ministers supervising the economy," he said.
