Montenegro Invited To Join NATO

NATO's 28 foreign ministers have agreed to invite Montenegro to join the military alliance. At NATO headquarters in Brussels, the alliance's Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg called it a historic decision that will strengthen security across the western Balkans. (AP)
