Judge Jails Anti-Putin Protester After 21st Arrest In Moscow

A Moscow judge has jailed Russian anti-Putin activist Roman Roslovtsev for 20 days following his latest arrest for his one-man protests. The judge ruled that Roslovtsev's 21st arrest on October 13 showed the repeated nature of his violation of the law on public demonstrations. (RFE/RL's Russian Service)
