U.S. President Barack Obama says NATO is united in support of Ukraine's sovereignty, and Russia's military actions in Ukraine will "have consequences." At a post-NATO summit news conference in Newport, Wales, Obama said the United States and Europe will impose a range of sanctions against Russia and will provide nonlethal support to Ukraine.
