Odesa 'Turned Into A Fortress,' Volunteers Capture Russian Saboteurs

The Ukrainian port city of Odesa has been turned into a "fortress," according to Mykhaylo Shtekel, a correspondent for RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service. He said barricades and checkpoints had been erected throughout the strategic city and that patrols of pro-Ukrainian volunteers from Belarus had captured Russian saboteurs.
