The agency reports that in Moscow about 50 people attended an event in the Novopushkinsky Park, which also took place without incident.
Meanwhile, Boris Nemtsov, a co-chairman of the unregistered opposition Party of People's Freedom (PARNAS) told a press conference in Moscow that the opposition plans a series of protests from April 15 to 22.
He said the protests will include roundtable conferences, debates, concerts, and flash-mobs.
He also said the opposition plans a freedom festival on May 1 and that "it is likely to take place on Bolotnaya Square."
