Noreen Jabbar's estranged ex-husband threw acid in her face two years ago. Like hundreds of Pakistani women who have endured similar attacks, she suffered disfiguring scars. But Noreen and many other victims of violence have received medical care, job training, and a route to financial independence, all thanks to a local entrepreneur and her chain of beauty salons.
