Government Office Targeted In Pakistan Blast

A bomb attack outside a government office in Pakistan's northwestern city of Mardan killed at least 18 people and wounded dozens, according to local police. A breakaway faction of the Taliban claimed responsibility for the blast. (RFE/RL's Radio Mashaal)
