Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai returned to Pakistan on March 29, her first trip to her home country since she was shot in the head by Taliban militants in 2012 for advocating for girls' education. Yousafzai, who is now a university student in England, spoke emotionally about her return in an appearance on national television. She was set to meet with Pakistani authorities in Islamabad to discuss education initiatives.
