In Peshawar, Pakistan, Opposition Parties Protest Over Allegations Of Election Fraud

In Peshawar, northwest Pakistan, opposition parties protested against what they said was election fraud by the government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Province. Many businesses were closed as part of the opposition protest.The local elections on May 30 prompted widespread accusations of vote-rigging and sparked violence that left at least 20 people dead.
