Pakistani Protesters Stage Sit-In With Body After Police Killing

Hundreds of villagers in northwestern Pakistan staged an angry protest against the killing of a local man in a police operation on August 14. The residents of a village in the Swabi district placed the dead body on a road and staged a sit-in. They demanded that the government arrest the police officers responsible for the killing.
