Gunmen Kill Eight In Quetta Attack

Eight members of the Shi'ite Muslim community were killed by a group of gunmen in Balochistan, southwest Pakistan. The attack occurred on a bus on the outskirts of the provincial capital, Quetta. Later, there was an explosion in the city causing an unspecified number of casualties. The Sunni extremist group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has previously claimed similar attacks against Shi'as.
