The United Nations resumed its program to help Afghan refugees return from Pakistan. Families gathered in the Pakistani city of Peshawar on April 3, where they were given $200 per person to cover the costs of resettling in neighboring Afghanistan. (RFE/RL's Radio Mashaal)
