Putin Says Ukraine Truce 'Not Enough'

Russian President Vladimir Putin said a seven-day cease-fire announced by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko was not enough to stop the fighting in Ukraine's east. Putin told a news conference June 24 in Vienna he wanted to see a "substantive discussion" to take place between separatists and Kyiv. (Reuters)
