Reeker: 'Malign' Russia Invaded, Occupied Ukraine

Acting assistant secretary for European and Eurasian affairs Philip Reeker said the United States continued to stand by Ukraine, which had been invaded by Russia. Speaking to RFE/RL's Balkan Service on October 31, he also said Russia was not honoring its obligations under the 2015 Minsk ceasefire deal.
