Fires Kill 15 In Russia

Wildfires in Russia's autonomous republic of Khakassia have killed at least 15 people and injured hundreds. More than 1,000 houses have been destroyed. Dry and windy weather have driven the fires, which officials said had been started by people illegally burning grass. (Reuters)
