Russia's tumbling ruble currency means migrant workers from Central Asia can send home fewer dollars in remittances. As a result, it seems some may now be quitting Russia. On the streets of Moscow, many people told RFE/RL's Tom Balmforth that they'd noticed snow wasn't being cleared - anecdotal evidence that the city's army of migrant street cleaners has diminished.
