Former Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin says relations with Moscow have been "a lot cooler" since he refused to grant broad powers to separatist Transdniester. He spoke in an interview with RFE/RL's Anna Sous. She spoke to 12 former post-Soviet leaders for her interview series, "Russia & Me."
