Russian authorities are searching for two senior employees from the Moscow printing house where 17 people were killed in a fire on August 27.
Russia's Investigative Committee said on September 2 that the printing house's director, Sergei Moskvin, and fire safety engineer, Anton Yatskov, were added to the federal wanted list.
Both were charged in absentia with violation of fire-safety regulations.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russian authorities would conduct a thorough investigation and that all of those found to be responsible for the tragedy would be held accountable.
Three Russian citizens and 14 Kyrgyz migrant workers, all women, one of whom was pregnant, were killed in the blaze.
Moscow officials have said that three other Kyrgyz citizens who suffered various burns remain in hospital.
