Saudi Arabia's first commercial movie theater opened on April 18 in the capital, Riyadh, after a break of more than three decades. The country effectively banned public film screenings in the 1980s. Invited guests arrived at a concert hall converted into a cinema complex for a showing of the U.S. blockbuster Black Panther. The first public screenings are planned for April 20. (AP, AFP, Reuters)
