Suicide Bomber Kills At Least 13 In Eastern Afghanistan

Afghan officials say at least 13 people have been killed and 20 others wounded in a suicide car bombing that targeted police cadets in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad.

Provincial spokesman Abdul Zia Ahmadzai said the bomber attacked a police minivan.

Reports say the Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
