Air Strikes Hit North Of Homs, Syria

Bombs fell on the western Syrian town of Talbiseh, in Homs Province. It was not clear if the warplanes targeting the area on October 29 were Russian or Syrian. Antigovernment forces control a pocket of territory north of of the city of Homs. (RFE/RL's Radio Farda)
