U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un opened their second summit with handshakes and warm words about the prospects for their meeting on nuclear weapons. Ahead of their dinner at a hotel in Vietnam's capital Hanoi on February 27, Trump said the biggest progress from their first meeting last year was his personal relationship with Kim.
