Ukraine says more than 260 of its fighters were moved from the besieged Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol by Russian forces. Many of the wounded were taken to areas held by Russia-backed separatists on May 16. It marked the end of the months-long Russian siege of the strategic port city, now in ruins.
