Biden In Kyiv: 'Russian Aggression Unacceptable'

U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden said Russian aggression in Ukraine was unacceptable and had met a unified response from the international community, speaking during a visit to Kyiv November 21. Biden said Putin had not kept to a peace deal signed in Minsk, and needed to withdraw Russian forces from Ukraine. Russia denies its troops are in the country. (Reuters)
