The Avdiyivka Coke and Chemical Plant employs some 4,000 workers and produces the fuel that powers Ukraine's massive steel industry. It also sits on the front lines of the country's separatist conflict. Though the plant has come under heavy fire, the workers say they have no choice but to keep production running.
