Man 'Armed With Explosives' Barricaded Inside Kharkiv Post Office

Ukrainian police say a man believed to be carrying explosives has barricaded himself inside a post office in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv. The police said on December 30 that nine adults and two children are trapped inside the post office with the man. (RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service)
