Kravchuk On Putin's 'Philosophy Of Aggression'

Former Ukrainian President Leonid Kravchuk said Vladimir Putin's past as a Soviet intelligence officer has affected his policies with regard to Russia's neighboring nations. In an interview with RFE/RL Kyiv bureau chief Inna Kuznetsova on July 2, Kravchuk said the Kremlin's philosophy of a broader "Russian world" is centered on "aggression and disregard for the interests of its neighbors."
